Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and supervise building civils engineering design work, including design development, review, coordination, and documentation.
  • •Lead a design team by providing daily mentorship, direction, and motivation to ensure high-quality, coordinated outputs.
  • •Technically lead project aspects and support project managers and technical teams to deliver within scope, budget, timeframe, and standards.
  • •Support business development by building/maintaining client relationships and contributing technical input to bids and proposals.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSE policies and engineering standards, and conduct technical reviews/audits to confirm designs meet project requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year degree in Civil Engineering (Civil), preferably M. Eng or MSc. Eng.
  • •At least 8 years’ post-qualification experience.
  • •Professionally registered with ECSA as Pr.Eng. (Civil) for at least 3 years.
  • •Ability to develop trusted client relationships that can lead to new business.
  • •Demonstrated collaborative skills and strong written/verbal communication; able to work with minimal supervision and delegate/supervise others.
