Job Summary

Use user behavior and feature-usage data to uncover product opportunities and influence the Discovery product roadmap. Design and run hypothesis-driven experiments, build goal metrics and analytics events, and translate results into dashboards that diagnose issues and guide decisions. Partner with product, engineering, and design to connect user insights, business value, and engineering constraints—helping power personalized experiences across Canva’s search and recommendations.

•Experience with technical data science areas including designing analytics events and data warehousing.
•Experience with R or Python and working with large datasets; search/recommendations experience is desirable.
