Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate facilities projects to ensure vendors deliver promised services, materials, and craftsmanship while meeting standards.
  • •Plan and direct construction activities across internal resources and subcontractors, leading coordination meetings between trades.
  • •Maintain accurate records (daily logs, progress and financial reports) and enforce contract expectations, discrepancies, and subcontractor performance.
  • •Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA requirements and applicable agency regulations; verify checklists and inspections.
  • •Approve and inspect subcontractor work, schedule and manage warranty repairs, coordinate inspections with local officials, and manage project request tickets and purchase orders.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • •2+ years of experience leading the coordination of multiple trades on site.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
