Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet clients via telephone to assess needs, review financial management practices, and recommend products and services; perform application/fulfillment for some solutions and make referrals when needed.
  • •Manage and resolve complex servicing issues using resources within Truist.
  • •Proactively contact targeted Small Business clients, share Truist impact, and set appointments for deeper conversations and complete financial reviews.
  • •Facilitate credit requests within Retail Community Bank thresholds and refer larger credit opportunities to the Commercial Community Bank.
  • •Meet quarterly performance goals for revenue/profit growth and ensure service excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year college degree.
  • •5–10 years of sales and/or client relationship management experience in banking/financial products, including significant Small Business client experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of Small Business operations and the full set of financial solutions, including the sales process and cycle.
  • •Demonstrated ability to conduct business via telephone, including proactive outreach, rapport building, in-depth financial reviews, and communicating solutions.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years as a Small Business Banker, Business Banking Relationship Manager, or Branch Leader/Manager; preferred: 2+ years phone-based sales experience for banking/financial products or solutions.
