Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale Microsoft implementations across Southeast Asia, ensuring outcomes are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
•Interpret and manage contractual obligations for fixed-price engagements, aligning scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
•Engage CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, and build long-term trusted client relationships.
•Lead cross-functional delivery teams by driving accountability, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery momentum in high-pressure environments.
•Apply technical expertise (Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM and Power Platforms) to contribute to architecture/integration discussions and guide informed solution decisions.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of total working experience.
•Experience leading technology project implementation across a regional scope, including more than 3–5 countries.
•Strong understanding of contract terms and the ability to manage scope, commercial terms, and customer expectations throughout the lifecycle.
•Mandatory experience managing commercially sensitive fixed-price projects with governance across planning, financial control, risk management, and delivery execution.
•Technical depth in Microsoft solutions, preferably Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM and Power Platforms.
