Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale Microsoft implementations across Southeast Asia, ensuring outcomes are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • •Interpret and manage contractual obligations for fixed-price engagements, aligning scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Engage CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, and build long-term trusted client relationships.
  • •Lead cross-functional delivery teams by driving accountability, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery momentum in high-pressure environments.
  • •Apply technical expertise (Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM and Power Platforms) to contribute to architecture/integration discussions and guide informed solution decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of total working experience.
  • •Experience leading technology project implementation across a regional scope, including more than 3–5 countries.
  • •Strong understanding of contract terms and the ability to manage scope, commercial terms, and customer expectations throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Mandatory experience managing commercially sensitive fixed-price projects with governance across planning, financial control, risk management, and delivery execution.
  • •Technical depth in Microsoft solutions, preferably Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM and Power Platforms.
