Senior Associate

Drive the executive recruiting lifecycle by partnering with Search Partners/Principals to develop search strategies, position specifications, and client-ready candidate assessments. Conduct industry and client research, interview and assess candidates, build and manage talent pipelines, and maintain candidate and client relationships throughout the search. Contribute to business development materials and maintain high-quality, accurate search information across internal tools while delivering multiple concurrent assignments with professionalism and confidentiality.
