Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling techniques, including up-selling and increasing transaction value.
  • •Answer customer queries and adapt your approach to different personalities, needs, and preferences.
  • •Learn and share Pandora product knowledge to create an unforgettable customer experience.
  • •Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
  • •Support store operations including merchandising, deliveries, unloading and storing products, and operating the till for returns and exchanges.
