Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (JD).
  • •Trial Attorney level: 5+ years of litigation experience; Senior Trial Attorney level: 7+ years of litigation experience.
  • •Member in good standing of the California State Bar.
  • •Experience using Lexis, Westlaw, or similar legal research platforms; knowledge of insurance defense litigation and legal procedure.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe; willingness to independently manage a caseload (Senior level: provide technical guidance and mentoring as appropriate).
