  • •BS degree in a STEM field (Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Statistics/Data Science, Chemistry, Physics) with 4+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years, or a Ph.D. in related fields.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication and processing techniques (e.g., lithography, etch, diffusion, implant, planar/planay, thin films).
  • •Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments (DOE) principles, including statistical data analysis.
  • •Programming experience using JMP/JSL, Python, and SQL.
  • •Demonstrated expertise leading or participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement projects to improve yield and process performance.
