Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders using EquipmentShare’s technology, including tracking machine service intervals and diagnosing issues from data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and aerial lifts, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and follow OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and travel to customer job sites for repairs when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools, plus extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics/diagrams.
  • •Ability to safely repair/maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; field service, maintenance, and repair experience preferred.
