Job Summary

Lead the process and technical aspects of an ERP data migration factory for D365 F&O rollouts. Build and optimize ETL workflows using Alteryx for extraction, transformation, validation, and migration, and develop Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines for ingestion. Implement data transformation logic with SQL, PySpark, Fabric notebooks, and Dataflows Gen2, and support Lakehouse/Medallion architecture with profiling, reconciliation, monitoring, testing, and deployment readiness.

•Design and manage Data Migration Factory application processes and capabilities.
•Develop, build, and optimize ETL workflows in Alteryx for data extraction, transformation, validation, and migration.

•Execute D365 F&O data migration activities, including master and transactional data migration.
•Support migration testing, cutover, post-load validation, production deployment, and maintain technical documentation/runbooks.

•Proficiency in SQL for data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and performance optimization.
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, OneLake, and Delta Tables.
•Working knowledge of PySpark, Fabric Notebooks, and Spark-based data processing.
