Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end enterprise data strategy, evolving data platform architecture to support multi-billion-scale data volume and variety.
  • •Transition centralized pipelines to a modern, decoupled data architecture and expand streaming for real-time analytics across critical business domains.
  • •Scale Master Data Management into an integrated multi-domain operational hub and ensure mastered data flows between analytics and operational systems (ERP/CRM/eCommerce).
  • •Institutionalize federated data governance, including a data governance council, automated observability (lineage/catalog/quality testing), and compliance via RBAC/ABAC and data masking.
  • •Lead and scale the data organization, championing a hub-and-spoke operating model and embedding software engineering rigor (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automated tests) into data workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years progressive leadership in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise data management in a B2B environment at a $1B to $5B+ revenue scale.
  • •Deep familiarity with modern cloud data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS/Azure) and enterprise MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee).
  • •Proven success leading complex corporate data migrations or large-scale MDM implementations across multi-business-unit enterprises.
  • •Minimum of 5 years managing manager-level and architect-level direct reports, including hiring, mentoring, and retention.
  • •Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value and ROI for C-suite executives.
