•Complete two-week onboarding to learn key areas of the organization.
•Begin with rotations through core Operations sub-functions including Engineering, Production, and Process.
•After initial Operations rotations, rotate into cross-functional areas such as Supply Chain, Marketing, or Sales to build holistic operations knowledge.
•Participate in rotations typically lasting 2 to 8 months, with dedicated guidance from assigned managers in each rotation.
•Develop technical, functional, and leadership skills within Operations, progressing toward a potential permanent job placement after program completion.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering and Automation.
•Open to fresh graduates and recent graduates with up to 2 years of professional experience.
•First Class or Upper Second Class grades (at least 75%).
•Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Fluent in both written and spoken local language and English.
