Job Summary

Lead the development and growth of an underwater node technology portfolio for marine seismic acquisition. Define product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans, using customer engagement, market research, and competitive analysis to shape requirements and feature enhancements. Drive the product development process from concept through testing and commercialization, partnering with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and field teams. Provide product expertise for proposals and monitor performance, adoption, and financial outcomes while ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle plans for underwater node technologies.
•Conduct market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis to identify product innovation and portfolio expansion opportunities.
•Define and prioritize product requirements and specifications with engineering, software, and operations teams.
•Lead product development from concept and requirements through testing, commercialization, and ongoing optimization.
•Partner with sales, marketing, and business development on positioning, pricing strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market plans; provide product expertise for customer engagements and tenders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geophysics, Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related technical discipline.
•7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the energy or marine technology sectors.
•Strong knowledge of underwater seismic acquisition and related technologies.
•Proven track record managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly.
