•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
•Plan and prioritize work, champion change, and drive excellence by taking responsibility for performance and deadlines.
•Train and develop others through roleplay and coaching, monitoring and assisting store associate training and development.
•Use strong written and verbal communication to build relationships, deescalate calmly, and collaborate effectively with the team.
•Ensure compliance by managing timecards, maintaining Tumi University training, and adhering to company policies and procedures, while following visual guidelines and executing event strategies.
