Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM. Manage project planning, steering, and multinational teams; support sales with proposals; ensure budget, timelines, and quality targets are met. Collaborate across disciplines in an Agile, Avanade-methodology environment and continuously learn to deliver sustainable ERP solutions for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, control, and independently lead ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including end-to-end project execution.
•Support the sales team in creating proposals for potential and existing customers.
•Serve as the single point of contact for client and team challenges, ensuring project objectives (budget, deadlines, quality) are met and project teams are established and guided across multinational and interdisciplinary contexts.
•Assume methodological responsibility for the agile delivery of projects following the Avanade approach.
•Foster collaboration and guidance across onshore and offshore teams to drive project success.

Key Requirements

•Proven project leadership and consulting experience with significant client interaction and ability to manage client expectations and align with project outcomes.
•Passion for continuous learning, strong business understanding, and excellent time management.
•Strong understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions is a plus.
•Experience building and leading teams, onshore and offshore, is advantageous.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business informatics, business administration or a related field.
