Location: Toronto
Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify seams, bottlenecks, and handoffs that make the platform harder to use and pinpoint opportunities where change creates outsized value.
  • •Define what should exist by framing fuzzy, multi-system problems into a clear direction the team can build against.
  • •Actively decide what to challenge—replace, simplify, or significantly improve capabilities—using experimentation and evidence.
  • •Prove direction by partnering with experience designers and developers and building hands-on AI-assisted working proofs and demos using prompts and data.
  • •Package and translate proof results into clear “before vs after” points and a viable path for what the platform should become next.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years driving product direction in complex, technical environments with strong customer/business understanding and experimentation to validate solutions.
  • •Strong product judgment prioritizing disproportionate value across systems, not just within a single feature area.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI-assisted prototypes or demos (prompt design, agentic workflows, tool integrations) to validate direction.
  • •Proven ability to operate end-to-end across product, engineering, and experience, shaping solutions rather than handing off between functions.
  • •Ability to synthesize user needs, business context, and technical constraints into clear, defensible direction while influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
