Key Responsibilities

  • •Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously through the full lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, assumptions, dependencies, and change control.
  • •Build relationships with business lines to capture, evaluate, and translate business requirements into project work.
  • •Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical language and vice versa.
  • •Ensure project deliverables are attained and that applicable documentation is developed and maintained.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •Minimum 5 years of project management experience leading projects, preferably in a banking environment.
  • •In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and full project lifecycle (documentation standards, risk/issue/assumption/dependency management, change control).
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile certification, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Visio or similar applications.
