  • •Lead the CRH Task Force portfolio to achieve world-class performance across CRH cement plants.
  • •Promote and facilitate global knowledge sharing across regions and clusters.
  • •Ensure alignment with CRH policies and technical standards while supporting roadmap implementation.
  • •Collaborate with Task Force Chairs and provide technical guidance, advising, supporting, and challenging plant teams.
  • •Introduce measurement systems, develop roadmap reporting on development/execution/results, and coordinate with key stakeholders including GTS leadership.
