Key Responsibilities

•Lead the CRH Task Force portfolio to achieve world-class performance across CRH cement plants.
•Promote and facilitate global knowledge sharing across regions and clusters.
•Ensure alignment with CRH policies and technical standards while supporting roadmap implementation.
•Collaborate with Task Force Chairs and provide technical guidance, advising, supporting, and challenging plant teams.
•Introduce measurement systems, develop roadmap reporting on development/execution/results, and coordinate with key stakeholders including GTS leadership.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated expert knowledge of cement production processes, equipment, raw materials, and quality requirements.
•Ability to maintain up-to-date awareness of global best practices and emerging developments in cement and concrete.
•Understanding of current and future challenges facing the cement industry, including operational, technological, and environmental pressures.
•Provide credible, data-driven guidance to senior plant and functional leaders.
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in the cement industry, ideally with an engineering (chemical/process/mechanical) or chemistry degree.
