Job Summary

Process and manage high-volume accounts payable activities within a SOX-controlled Shared Services environment. Handle invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliation, and payment runs with high accuracy, while resolving complex AP queries. Collaborate with vendors and internal partners, identify root causes of discrepancies, and recommend process/system improvements. Support auditors with requested documentation and help deliver a strong customer experience through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute daily, weekly, and monthly complex AP tasks while complying with processes, policies, and controls.
•Process invoices and complete AP work including vendor statement reconciliation and payment runs with accuracy.
•Correspond with vendors and internal stakeholders and promptly respond to escalated AP inquiries.
•Identify root causes for AP problems or discrepancies and provide feedback on systems improvements or training needs.
•Prepare support requested by internal and external auditors and complete AP reporting on invoices, processing, payments, and exceptions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable within a Shared Services environment.
•Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP VIM environment.

•Familiarity with designing and standardizing transactional processes.
