Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Platform Engineering, Product Management, and Delivery leaders to turn product strategy and technical architecture into actionable roadmaps.
  • •Lead end-to-end planning, risk management, and rollouts for critical platform initiatives (e.g., cloud migrations, framework upgrades, API changes).
  • •Align internal metric tracking (OKRs, KPIs) with external platform touchpoints and coordinate infrastructure changes for internal and customer IT partners.
