Tax Specialist APAC- Madrid Based

Own APAC and Middle East tax compliance and strategy, advising on direct and indirect tax matters across diverse jurisdictions. Conduct research, identify tax risks and planning opportunities, and manage uncertain tax exposures through proper provisioning. Support tax audits/inquiries, work with third-party providers and local finance teams, and prepare rulings, incentives, and exemption applications. Partner with senior management on tax risk and transaction structuring for acquisitions while improving internal tax processes and supporting regional expansion.
