Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for major subcontractors and assigned control accounts.
  • •Review subcontractor schedules, budgets, deliverables, integration milestones, and EV data to ensure contractual and EVMS compliance.
  • •Ensure alignment of scope, schedule, and budget across hardware and software simulation integration activities.
  • •Perform earned value measurement (EV), cost and schedule variance analysis, and develop corrective action plans when needed.
  • •Maintain disciplined EVM practices by updating Estimates to Complete/Estimates at Completion and developing and updating Control Account Plans, work packages, and planning packages.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical background to understand hardware and software training devices, simulation systems, and integration workflows.
  • •Experience participating in IBRs and DCMA surveillance reviews or other compliance activities.
  • •Strong communication skills for internal coordination and customer-facing interactions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related technical field.
  • •US Citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
