Join RTX’s Mobility Payroll and Tax Team as a Principal Specialist responsible for accurate and timely processing of U.S. expatriate payrolls. You will handle tax-withholding setup, retroactive pay adjustments, and payroll previews, develop SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Process U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax-withholding setup and changes, bonus-related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification-of-employment requests, and payroll-preview review.
•Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed.
•Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures.
•Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
•Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•A Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in US payroll processing.
•In depth understanding of expatriate payroll administration.
