Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of the business through structured, on-the-job training across multiple functions (warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources)
•Learn the company model, culture, and core values while developing skills to support a civilian career transition
•Participate in a 16-week program with on-site training at branch locations across the Southeast Region
•Progress toward post-program career paths such as Operations Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Inside Sales Representative
•Meet program criteria and demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and strong communication throughout the training period
