Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and develop the team: share vision and challenges, set and evaluate objectives, provide coaching/tutoring, and drive professional development.
  • •Deploy appropriate system engineering practices and tools to reach required maturity and meet solution engineering requirements.
  • •Manage competencies and promote knowledge sharing; identify and assess critical expertise and build knowledge within the scope.
  • •Ensure mastery and stability of discipline activities across the lifecycle and alert hierarchy about significant issues.
  • •Oversee the provision and support of engineering environments for the business line and contribute to peer evaluations to reduce technical/engineering risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation from an engineering school (e.g., Electronics, Aeronautics/Space, Computer Science) or a university path with a Master 2 (BAC +5).
  • •Experience leading an engineering team (15 to 20 people).
  • •Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • •Encourage and support collaborative ways of working.
  • •Ability to ensure mastery and stability of professional aspects throughout the lifecycle of activities.
