Job Summary

Provide remote technical support for security services by identifying and resolving client incidents, restoring service, and ensuring zero missed SLA conditions. Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems, monitor service delivery, and maintain accurate configuration records for security configuration items. Investigate root causes, escalate and follow up unresolved issues, document resolutions, and coordinate with product, stakeholders, vendors, and carriers to implement remedies and preventative measures.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain support processes and ensure client support requests follow procedures.
•Use service assurance tools to investigate, diagnose, collect metrics, and create reports.
•Prioritise, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents; escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolved.
•Monitor service delivery against SLAs, analyze service records, and maintain required incident records.
•Maintain secure, accurate configurations for configuration items (CIs) and remotely investigate root causes to support remedies and preventative measures.

Key Requirements

•Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computing (or related field).
•Moderate experience with security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy.
•Moderate experience providing technical support to clients and remote support in security technologies.
•Moderate experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting, and relevant security-domain experience.
•Professional-level security certifications across vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, Blue Coat, Zscaler) such as CCNP, JNCIP, ACCP, PCNSP, or CCSP.
