Job Summary

Support the Director of Risk Governance & Reporting in executing tactical components of the Reputation Risk Management Policy and Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Work across business lines to identify, assess, mitigate, and manage reputational risks, including evaluating industry, market, and regulatory environments. Contribute to the reputation risk program, develop qualitative and quantitative KRI measures, and help produce quarterly risk assessments using inherent risk, control effectiveness, and risk opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Support tactical execution of the Reputation Risk Management Policy and Enterprise Risk Management Framework as second line of defense.
•Contribute to the reputation risk management strategy and program to anticipate and address potentially damaging reputational risk situations.
•Identify and flag potential and known reputational risk issues from enterprise programs (e.g., Business Change Risk Assessment and Third Party Due Diligence) and recommend controls.
•Develop and maintain qualitative and quantitative measures that identify reputational risks.
•Assist with quarterly risk assessment production, including inherent risk, control effectiveness, key risk indicators (KRIs), and risk/opportunity evaluations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public policy, or a related field.
•3 years of related risk management experience.
•Strong ability to review and analyze complex qualitative and quantitative datasets and present conclusions.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting succinctly and visually in PowerPoint.
•Ability to work independently and effectively across departments in a fast-changing, matrixed environment.
