Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute a consistent daily and weekly store visit schedule to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • •Monitor inventory levels using cycle counts and reports, coordinating with customer service and replenishment teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • •Participate in regional training classes and events.
  • •Lead and/or participate in customer events such as product demonstrations, product knowledge classes, contractor events, promotions, and community outreach programs.
  • •Build and install product displays and new store resets, ensuring products are safely stacked and properly secured.
