Job Summary

Manage civil infrastructure assets across multiple sites in a critical, high-availability environment. Coordinate and monitor contractors, conduct inspections of pavements, roads, and structures, and support maintenance planning to minimize operational disruption. Review technical documents and maintenance plans, track asset performance and compliance, and participate in internal/external audits. Document scope/specifications/drawings changes and support asset lifecycle activities from mobilization to decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and monitor contractors to deliver services safely, efficiently, and to agreed standards.
•Carry out inspections of civil assets (pavements, roads, structures) and maintain accurate records.
•Support planning and execution of maintenance activities to minimize operational disruption.
•Review technical documents, specifications, and maintenance plans; monitor asset performance and report technical and safety compliance.
•Participate in internal and external audits; document changes to scope/specifications/drawings and support asset lifecycle activities from mobilization to decommissioning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management, infrastructure, or aviation environments.
•Experience managing contractors and service delivery in complex environments.
•Strong understanding of civil maintenance and asset management.
•Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (aviation knowledge is an advantage) and ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
