Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and monitor contractors to deliver services safely, efficiently, and to agreed standards.
  • •Carry out inspections of civil assets (pavements, roads, structures) and maintain accurate records.
  • •Support planning and execution of maintenance activities to minimize operational disruption.
  • •Review technical documents, specifications, and maintenance plans; monitor asset performance and report technical and safety compliance.
  • •Participate in internal and external audits; document changes to scope/specifications/drawings and support asset lifecycle activities from mobilization to decommissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management, infrastructure, or aviation environments.
  • •Experience managing contractors and service delivery in complex environments.
  • •Strong understanding of civil maintenance and asset management.
  • •Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (aviation knowledge is an advantage) and ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
