Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, validation, and implementation of scalable packaging systems for global automotive programs.
  • •Lead cross-functional packaging initiatives across engineering, logistics, manufacturing, and suppliers.
  • •Drive standardization and continuous improvement of packaging processes and materials.
  • •Oversee packaging specifications, documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • •Use PackAssistant or equivalent software to simulate and optimize packaging density and logistics efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

  • •Proficiency in PackAssistant or equivalent packaging simulation software (required).
  • •Strong understanding of returnable/expendable packaging systems, materials, and testing standards (ASTM, ISTA).
