Build and grow relationships with dealerships in a digital services environment by using CRM tools and work queues to understand customer needs, promote solutions and campaigns, and manage performance discussions. Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned book of business, provide same-day servicing for transactions, and mitigate risk while aligning with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive account growth.
