Financial Reporting Manager

Oversee the company’s regulatory reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate recurring and ad hoc filings for federal banking agencies. Lead Basel Capital Ratios preparation and Basel NPR implementation, support Large Financial Institution readiness, and stay current on GAAP and regulatory changes (SOX and banking regulations). Manage day-to-day reporting activities, partner cross-functionally for impacts to internal controls, and assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and executive-level reporting.
