Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee regulatory reporting operations to ensure timely and accurate recurring and ad hoc delivery.
  • •Lead preparation and review of Basel Capital Ratios quarterly as an SME, including documentation of interpretations and assumptions.
  • •Lead implementation of the Basel NPR from a reporting perspective.
  • •Lead daily operations of the Regulatory Reporting Department, including preparing and reviewing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Federal Banking Agency filings.
  • •Support audits and regulatory examinations, and provide ad hoc reports for executive management.
