Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure new hires meet safety policies and expectations throughout onboarding.
  • •Manage new hire onboarding experience from day 1 through 30/60 days or qualification.
  • •Administer, track, and evaluate new hire floor training including hours, qualification status, attendance, turnover, and weekly meetings.
  • •Supervise and demonstrate hands-on training and recommend training needs, concerns, and continued employment to management/HR.
  • •Meet onboarding KPIs (retention targets, Safety Observations per week, JSA completions) and participate on HR & company committees.
