Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize property & casualty sales by handling member inquiries, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and providing exceptional service through communication channels.
  • •Support members with personal lines insurance quotes, binding new business, rating, policy service, billing/payment, underwriting, and premium changes, maintaining trailing documents for applicable states.
  • •Identify and evaluate member needs to provide complete and accurate advice and solutions while minimizing transfers, escalations, and call backs.
  • •Operate efficiently in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems and programs while engaging members across multiple channels.
  • •Maintain required property & casualty license and state registrations and ensure risks are controlled in line with risk and compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Provide exceptional sales and customer service by communicating clearly and professionally by phone and email to process insurance information.
  • •Prioritize and multi-task while navigating multiple business applications.

  • •Obtain a property and casualty license and state registrations within 90 days of hire (licensing prep course and exam fees provided up to three attempts).
