Key Responsibilities

•Own solution design and system architecture for product governance and IPR services, including listing risk screening and policy-driven review pipelines.
•Design and evolve IP protection systems end-to-end, including rights-holder reporting, brand-protection platforms, and notice-and-takedown workflows with SLA guarantees.
•Drive technical leadership across the team through design reviews, engineering standards, and mentoring.
•Shape the technical roadmap to improve scalability, reliability, and measurable governance outcomes (e.g., catch rate, SLA, review efficiency).
•Partner with product, policy/operations/legal, and algorithm teams to translate governance and IP policies into low-friction technical solutions and advance LLM/agent capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated technical leadership, including leading complex projects end-to-end and/or mentoring engineers.
•Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Preferred: experience with e-commerce/marketplace listing or catalog systems and IP protection/brand protection workflows (e.g., notice-and-takedown, DMCA).
