Job Summary

Partner with business leaders across EMEA to develop talent acquisition strategies and deliver an excellent early-career candidate and intern experience. Own end-to-end recruiting full cycle activities such as sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, and onboarding coordination. Improve hiring processes through SOP development, data insights, HR presentations, and cross-country collaboration, supporting interns and graduates over a 12-month fixed term.

Key Responsibilities

•Deeply understand hiring needs and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies across geographies.
•Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure a high-touch candidate experience to meet hiring goals.
•Own end-to-end recruiting full-cycle activities including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, and onboarding coordination.
•Work across country and business unit leaders and local operation teams to understand best practices.
•Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
•2+ years of in-house or agency full cycle recruiting experience.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with all levels.
•Ability to work as a self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and proactive.
•Preferred: Hi-tech industry experience and strong passion for the industry with fast adaptation in a fast-paced environment.
