Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide behavioral healthcare management for Amae Health patients and monitor care across treatment modalities as patients progress.
  • •Develop individualized treatment plans during engagement and stabilization based on psychosocial and medical needs.
  • •Provide continuous, regular consultations as patients navigate recovery, in person and occasionally virtually.
  • •Collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach.
  • •Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of social determinants of health.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist with a CA license and active, unrestricted DEA in good standing.
  • •In possession of or willing to obtain Clozapine REMS certification.
  • •Prior experience with mental health and/or addiction issues.
  • •Familiarity with the medical, mental health, and social service systems in the Irvine area.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching/negotiation skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
