Process Engineer

Designs, implements, and optimizes industrial processes to improve efficiency, product quality, and safety across new and existing products at the facility. Leads process definition, controls, and continuous improvement work to reduce downtime, bottlenecks, and production complexity. Ensures compliance with safety/environmental/regulatory standards, develops plant procedures and in-process tests, and drives corrective and preventive actions through root-cause analysis.
