Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with design teams to understand design specifications.
  • •Generate test plans; create test and characterization programs; design ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data, and support failure analysis.
  • •Analyze yield fallout statistically, debug/fix yield issues, and optimize test time.
  • •Define and implement test strategy for new DCDC converter products; develop qualification/characterization hardware and support volume production release.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • •2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT).
  • •Characterization and production test program and hardware development experience.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, including analog test techniques, plus data analysis skills using Spotfire/dataPower (or equivalent based on STDF).
