Test Engineer

Drive probe and final test development for highly integrated multi-rail power management devices. Create test plans and characterize test programs, including ATE hardware interface boards, and debug silicon on ATE while correlating to bench data. Perform failure analysis support, yield and test-time optimization, and test strategy definition for new DCDC converter products. Collaborate with design and production teams to qualify, release, and transition products to volume production.
