Regional fleet and logistics program management role leading country-level teams (LPMs, FSEs, Technicians) to sustain international F135 customers. Responsible for meeting delivery metrics, customer expectations, and cross-functional coordination from flight line to Joint Program Office, in a high-visibility, onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate with internal Pratt & Whitney/ PW teams to assist Field Support Engineers and country Logistics Program Managers in resolving customer issues and adapting to changing priorities.
•Regularly meet with Joint Program Office and in-country counterparts to manage customer expectations and priorities.
•Ensure key delivery metrics are tracked and actions taken to meet program objectives.
•Visit sites within the region to lead onsite teams, engage with customers, and obtain propulsion feedback for program improvements.
•Collaborate with contracts team to ensure current customer needs are reflected in contracts and funding, and plan for new customers and site stand up.

Salary: USD 132,400 - 251,600 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/BA degree required.
•10+ years of technical or program management experience in an aviation related field required.
•At least 3 years of managerial and leadership experience required.
•The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
