Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leaders and stakeholders to understand employee experience needs and priorities.
  • •Collaborate to keep global programs consistent while adapting for local needs in Bangalore and beyond.
  • •Design, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and continuously improve employee experience programs across the employee journey.
  • •Deliver engaging sessions and touchpoints in both virtual and in-person formats, owning program logistics.
  • •Use assessments and employee feedback/engagement data to measure effectiveness and guide improvements, including adoption of employee experience platforms and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in employee experience, employee engagement, HR programs, or a related role.
  • •Experience designing and delivering employee engagement or experience initiatives.
  • •Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency using employee experience/engagement platforms, survey tools, and other HR technology.
