Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content project briefs and maintain existing training materials and content libraries.
  • •Prototype and build multimedia learning assets in partnership with the Mandatory Training Team, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • •Draft design documents such as scripts, content outlines, wireframes, storyboards, and learning objectives.
  • •Build engaging interactive learning assets using e-learning authoring tools and curate learning content libraries with ongoing updates.
  • •Apply agile methodologies with iterative development and feedback loops to continuously enhance learning assets.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a similar instructional design/multimedia design role, preferably in a fintech/tech environment.
  • •Proven record developing learning content assets and the ability to share design samples/portfolio.
  • •Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline (or equivalent).
  • •Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone or Degreed (or similar).
  • •Knowledge of graphic design and video production tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator/Canva/Figma and Adobe Premiere Pro/Camtasia/Synthesia) and related content creation work.
