Create and curate multimedia learning content for Mastercard’s Mandatory Learning Team, partnering with stakeholders to understand briefs and maintain training materials. Design and prototype engaging e-learning assets, including scripts, wireframes, storyboards, and learning objectives, and keep content libraries updated. Build interactive modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, apply agile feedback loops, and improve assets to meet learning objectives for employees.
