Job Summary

Source and purchase materials, supplies, machinery, and services to support advanced manufacturing operations. Manage suppliers and purchase orders end-to-end, issue RFQs, and negotiate pricing and terms under supervision. Use MRP systems (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards/Ariba/Coupa) to plan inventory, execute pull-ins/pushouts, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Accounting, and Receiving teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure on-time delivery.

•Purchase materials, supplies, machinery, and services for state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
•Monitor inventory by using MRP systems and executing pull-ins, pushouts, and planner orders.
•Manage suppliers, including follow-ups and delivery management, to ensure timely procurement.
•Create, adjust, track, and close purchase orders (POs) end-to-end.
•Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Accounting, and Receiving teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and escalation needs.

•Strong working knowledge of MRP systems (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards/Ariba/Coupa) and ability to execute pull-ins, pushouts, and planner orders.
•Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Production.
