Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive new deployment and development requests from Commercial/Sales and Customer Service teams and liaise with Hub GPD to set them up on time.
  • •Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales/CS, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop business opportunities.
  • •Follow the end-to-end process for new deployments/developments and proactively propose customer solutions based on label or brand information needs.
  • •Own costing/pricing activities: calculate product costs, coordinate with Procurement for materials and alternatives, maintain accurate system prices, and deliver timely quotations and proofs.
  • •Ensure product compliance by managing product testing for brand requirements and coordinating with Purchasing to confirm materials/substitutions meet standards before application.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • •1–3 years of technical and product knowledge experience.
  • •Strong organization with attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and issues effectively.
  • •Strong customer service skills and clear written, verbal, and telephone communication; solid computer systems knowledge (Microsoft Office and role-specific software).
