Job Summary

Partner with business leaders to deliver people plans and HR practices across multiple business units. Serve as the primary advisor to managers and employees on onboarding, mobility, promotions, team changes, and exits, while supporting employee engagement, workforce planning, and org structure alignment. Coach stakeholders on leadership and performance/ER matters, ensure consistent application of UAE labor law and company policies, and collaborate with L&D and rewards teams to improve capability, compensation, and the employee lifecycle.

•Partner with business leaders and management teams to implement people plans and practices aligned to business agendas.
•Advise managers and employees on people topics including onboarding, mobility, promotions, team changes, and exits.
•Coach stakeholders on leadership and management capabilities and influence via collaboration and team-building initiatives.
•Provide employee relations and policy guidance on performance, conduct, and workplace issues; investigate and resolve individual cases.
•Partner with rewards and L&D teams on job grading/benchmarking, compensation and offer reviews, and coordinate capability development interventions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Experience developing expertise in AI-enabled HR tools and platforms for an AI-native approach.
•Ability to operate in fast-changing, lightly structured environments with strong judgment and communication across stakeholders.
