Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Odoo 17 and ION MES, including data integrity and system updates.
  • •Monitor system performance and improve processes using process mapping and root-cause analysis.
  • •Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and shop floor teams to ensure accurate ERP/MES utilization and integration with other enterprise apps.
  • •Analyze ION production data to identify bottlenecks, generate actionable metrics, and propose flow improvements; design custom reports and dashboards.
  • •Serve as an AI enablement expert by piloting and recommending AI tools, building internal guides and prompt libraries, and delivering user training and support.
