Key Responsibilities

  • •Support clients to develop and understand sustainability and decarbonisation requirements.
  • •Develop, deliver, and review whole life carbon reduction strategies across scoping mechanisms.
  • •Liaise with clients and designers to define and implement sustainability and decarbonisation strategies from early design through construction.
  • •Deliver assessment certification schemes (BREEAM and DREAM) and other sustainability appraisals (SAW and SEEAM).
  • •Support project management, work winning via tender responses, and mentor junior staff where suitable.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of the building design and construction process.
  • •Experience undertaking WLCAs using OneClick LCA, including assessment certification schemes (especially BREEAM and DREAM).
  • •Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and apply it to practical sustainability solutions.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical information clearly.
  • •Demonstrated experience of sustainable buildings, low-carbon design, and environmental performance, including familiarity with current and future sustainability policies and best-practice guidance.
