Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the IT Director and leadership to define and execute the IT strategy, roadmap, and annual priorities.
  • •Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices; own IT vendor management from sourcing through renewals and performance.
  • •Oversee daily IT operations across cloud platforms, networking, endpoint management, and security infrastructure.
  • •Lead information security initiatives, including SSO/MFA, identity governance, zero-trust architecture, and threat detection using Arctic Wolf and Abnormal.
  • •Oversee the IT helpdesk and employee onboarding/offboarding, and support security tool rollouts and internal training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years managing IT operations in a cloud-first, SaaS-heavy environment.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Zscaler, Okta, Arctic Wolf, Abnormal, and related modern IT/security tools.
  • •Proven experience leading cross-functional IT projects and vendor management from negotiation through delivery.
  • •Strong understanding of security frameworks, ITGC, and best practices for data protection and access management.
