Job Summary

Serve as a strategic technical bridge between Komodo’s data ecosystem and customers’ business objectives. Own end-to-end delivery of AI tooling (including Marmot), guiding requirements gathering, hands-on data deliveries, and ongoing solution engineering. Act as the customer technical champion and internal advocate, coordinating Sales, Delivery, Support, Product, Legal, and Compliance to turn complex, ambiguous workflows into reliable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead as a go-to expert on Komodo’s AI capabilities and help customers apply machine learning in healthcare.
•Ensure delivery milestones are achieved by leading requirements gathering and executing hands-on data deliveries.
•Serve as the primary customer-facing technical resource and internal advocate for customer priorities.
•Orchestrate collaboration across Sales, Delivery, Support, Product, and other stakeholders to align on each customer’s technical roadmap.
•Scope standard and non-standard workflows, identify automation/scalability opportunities, and design technical “bridges” to resolve bottlenecks and bespoke requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 141,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong foundational knowledge in data queries (SQL or similar), database schemas, and data architecture concepts.
•Strong understanding of core AI/ML concepts and ability to use generative AI tools to accelerate workflow automation.
•Foundational operational understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure, Snowflake data warehousing, and API technologies.
•Hands-on experience automating data execution tasks and pipelines using Snowflake Tasks, Airflow, or scripting languages.
•Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects and communicating clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
